Is it ok if i’m not sure what service to use?

Yes absolutely, just click any of the ‘get in touch’ buttons and send us an email. Tell us about your project and we’ll be able to advise you on the right package for your project. If it’s a larger or more detailed project that doesn’t fit within a design package we can provide you with a no obligation quotation based on the size and scope.

Do I have to pay in full?

We will quote for your project and if you decide to go ahead we will ask for 50% of the balance to reserve your slot on our design schedule. The remaining balance will be due before we send your final designs.

I’m not sure of what style I like, is that ok?

It can be confusing when there are so many interior design styles out there. You can check out our Pinterest board for ideas and inspiration. We do need a clear direction from you in terms of style so we can create the perfect design but you can do this by sending us pictures rather than trying to describe it in words.

How involved can I be in the design process?

Our design packages are priced based on time spent designing the space. The reason we can keep this cost down is because we get all the information from you at the very start, so we go away and create a unique design for your space without the time consuming back and forth over the small details. Our talent lies in our ability to quickly understand your requirements and translate that into a completely bespoke design for your home. If you would like a more collaborative process for your project just let us know from the start and we can make sure we price it accurately.

Is it ok if I have some existing furniture pieces or artwork that i’d like to use in the space?

Yes absolutely, just make sure you detail this at the initial stages along with photo’s and measurements and we will gladly incorporate these items into your design.

Do you do home site visits?

No, our service is completely virtual so we don’t attend site visits. We do provide a guide to help you measure your space accurately. We also require you to send plenty of photos and video’s of the room so we can get a really good understanding of the space.

How long do the designs take?

When you pay your deposit we will add you to our design schedule. We usually start your design around a week after the deposit payment although this time may increase in busy periods and school holidays (we’re working parents!). Once we’ve started your design you can expect to receive it within 14 days (and it can often be as soon as 7 days) although we will be in touch with updates during this time.

What happens if I don’t like my design?

We can assure you that this won’t happen. We will be in regular contact with you at the beginning of the design process to nail down exactly what your style, preferences and requirements are before starting the design. We won’t make a start until we’re 100% confident that we are agreed on the direction. If you would like to change any of the items once you’ve received your design just let us know, for Tailored and Bespoke packages one set of revisions are included in the price.

How do I receive my design?

We create PDF design documents which include your floorplan and elevation as well as your furniture & accessories pages. You’ll be able to see how all the elements of the design work together, including window treatments and paint colours as well as notes on our choices and any additional instructions to help you bring the design to life.
